Many employees there but only 2 registers in use and a pretty slow line constantly lined up 2+ groups of people. Was good service. Just could have been quicker with a 3rd register in use if that's possible.
Nice little movie theater. I have always received great service. The ticket prices are reasonable.
Oops Sorry π My last post oops fingers π€. The Movie wasn't playing as the app said it was . Disappointed Seniors ππ we are not from this compute!! World π---- A BIG SO--- DONE OKAY ππ SO FAR. WENT ON DISCOUNT DAY & TIME ( (watching our penny 's Ok π)) and YOUNG GIRL said it is playing in Morristown. We went there maybe π€ as zoomed we could get that Price π. Nope π π
For the only theater in town itβs not bad. But itβs getting a smell to it, and they need to adjust the picture. A foot of the movie was in the drapes above the screen.
Servers are friendly, great choices for food. The chairs are hard and narrow, not comfortable.
I was disappointed that The Blind didn't play here. However I discovered the theater in Kingsport was less expensive and had more comfortable seats.small coke was 1.75 !
We paid for 9 tickets online, there was a huge convenience fee. Once there, none of the employees really knew what was going on. We sat down, and realized they never gave us the 3D glasses. Went back out and again the employees didn't know what was going on. 15 mins after the movie was supposed to start, someone went out to ask if there was an issue. They just forgot to start it. Then once it started playing, we realized it wasn't 3D. The person in front of us never realized it and kept the glasses on the whole movie.
1st time going here and enjoyed the fact that we were able to watch and hear the movie without any interpretations.Went to see Sounds Of Freedom best movie I've seen since American Sniper it's a must see.
